1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of insurancequotes4everyone.com, including its webpages, forms, content, features, and related services (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Insurance Quotes 4 Everyone, Inc., doing business as Insurance Quotes 4 Everyone (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, submitting a request, or clicking a button or checkbox indicating acceptance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and a resident of the United States to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of another person, you represent that you have legal authority to act for that person and provide their information.

2. Nature of Our Services

The Site provides general insurance-related information and may help consumers request quotes or connect with insurance carriers, licensed agents, agencies, brokers, administrators, and other insurance service providers (“Providers”).

Unless expressly stated otherwise at the point a service is offered, Insurance Quotes 4 Everyone is not an insurance carrier and does not underwrite, issue, bind, amend, renew, cancel, or administer insurance policies. We do not make final decisions concerning eligibility, premiums, coverage, benefits, exclusions, claims, or policy issuance.

Providers are independent businesses and are not our employees or agents merely because they receive information through the Site. We do not control or guarantee their licensing, conduct, communications, products, services, underwriting decisions, or compliance with applicable law.

We may receive compensation from Providers or other business partners for advertising, referrals, lead generation, or marketing services. This compensation may affect which Providers or products are displayed or made available. The Site may not present every carrier, policy, plan, or insurance option available in your area.

Insurance Quotes 4 Everyone is not Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, or any other government agency, and is not endorsed by the federal government.

3. Insurance Quotes and Coverage

Information, estimates, and quotes displayed on or obtained through the Site are preliminary and for informational purposes only unless a Provider expressly confirms otherwise in a binding written document.

A quote is not an insurance contract, binder, guarantee of coverage, or promise that a policy will be issued. Final eligibility, premiums, benefits, deductibles, exclusions, limits, and other policy terms are determined solely by the applicable Provider and may depend on additional information, verification, underwriting, and applicable law.

We do not guarantee that a Provider will contact you, offer a quote, issue coverage, or provide any particular price, benefit, or policy term. You are responsible for reviewing all policy documents and confirming that any selected insurance product meets your needs.

Never cancel an existing insurance policy or allow it to lapse until you have received written confirmation from the new Provider that replacement coverage has been issued and is in force, and you have confirmed its effective date and terms.

4. Information You Provide

You agree to provide information that is complete, current, and accurate. You may submit personal information only for yourself or for another person who has authorized you to do so. You may not submit a false, fictitious, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized insurance request.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in an inaccurate quote, prevent a Provider from responding, or cause coverage to be denied, rescinded, or cancelled.

A Provider may separately request permission to obtain consumer reports, motor-vehicle records, claims histories, medical information, prescription histories, or other underwriting records. These Terms do not, by themselves, authorize the Company or any Provider to obtain records for which separate authorization is legally required.

5. Communications and Privacy

When you submit a quote or information request, you direct us to process the request and transmit the information you provide to the Provider or Providers identified or described in the disclosure presented with that request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Any consent to receive marketing calls, prerecorded or artificial-voice calls, autodialed calls, text messages, or emails is governed by the specific consent disclosure displayed next to the form through which you provide that consent. These Terms alone do not constitute consent to receive automated or prerecorded marketing calls or text messages.

If you separately consent to telephone calls or text messages, message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary. You may reply STOP to a text message to request that messages from that sender stop, use the unsubscribe instructions in an email, or ask a caller to place you on its do-not-call list. Other reasonable revocation methods described in the relevant consent disclosure or communication may also be used.

Because Providers are independent, a request made to us may not automatically stop a Provider’s communications. You may need to contact the Provider directly.

You represent that any telephone number or email address you provide belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide it and receive communications at it. Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are described more fully in our Privacy Policy.

6. Use License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Site or its content. Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:

1. copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from Site content;
2. use Site content for commercial publication, resale, or public display;
3. frame, mirror, or reproduce any portion of the Site on another website or service;
4. reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Site software;
5. use a robot, spider, scraper, crawler, artificial-intelligence agent, or other automated tool to extract or monitor Site content without written permission;
6. remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or
7. transfer Site materials to another person or server.

This license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms. We may also suspend or terminate it at any time to protect the Site, our users, Providers, or our legal rights.

You may not use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or infringing purpose; submit an unauthorized insurance request; introduce malicious code; interfere with Site operations or security; impersonate another person; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to data or systems.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, information, quotes, referrals, features, and services made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with all faults.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or trade practice.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, accurate, complete, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that errors will be corrected or that information obtained through the Site will produce a particular insurance or financial result.

Site content is general information and does not constitute insurance, legal, tax, financial, investment, medical, or health-care advice. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding your individual circumstances.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so portions of this Section may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of revenue, profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity; or damages resulting from a Provider’s acts or omissions.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if we were advised that damages were possible. Your use of the Site and reliance on its content are at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable rights. Some jurisdictions may not permit certain limitations.

9. Third-Party Providers and Links

The Site may contain links to, advertisements for, integrations with, or communications from Providers and other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for a third party’s website, content, privacy practices, licensing, security, products, services, representations, or conduct.

A link, advertisement, referral, or integration does not by itself constitute our endorsement or guarantee. You are responsible for evaluating a Provider, confirming its licensing and authority in your state, and reviewing its terms, privacy policy, and insurance documents before making a decision.

Any transaction with a Provider is governed by the agreement between you and that Provider.

10. Intellectual Property and Copyright Complaints

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, images, software, databases, and arrangement, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@insurancequotes4everyone.com that includes:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. identification of the copyrighted work;
3. identification and location of the material claimed to infringe;
4. your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
5. a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and
6. a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We may remove or restrict access to material in response to a valid notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You and the Company consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, to the extent permitted by law. This choice does not deprive you of consumer protections that cannot be waived under the law of your state of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

12. Changes and Termination

We may change these Terms by posting an updated version with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes will apply prospectively, and additional notice will be provided where required by law. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time. We may terminate access if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, threatened Site security, or created legal risk.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive termination.
