When you submit a quote or information request, we may disclose the information you provide to the Provider or Providers identified or described in the disclosure shown with that request. Providers may use the information to evaluate your request, contact you, request additional details, or offer insurance-related products and services.

We may receive compensation for advertising, referrals, marketing services, or transferring a quote request to a Provider. Under certain state privacy laws, disclosing personal information to a Provider or advertising partner in exchange for money or other valuable consideration may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Your applicable opt-out rights are described in Section 7.

Providers are independent businesses and process information under their own privacy policies. Once information is received by a Provider, its handling of that information is governed by its policies and applicable law.

Service Providers

Because Providers are independent, opting out from communications sent by Insurance Quotes 4 Everyone may not stop communications from a Provider. You should use the opt-out instructions in the Provider’s communication or contact the Provider directly.

We may continue to send non-marketing messages that are necessary to respond to a request, confirm a preference, provide a legally required notice, or protect the Site.

6. Sensitive Personal Information

Some insurance requests may involve information considered sensitive under applicable law, including health-related information, Medicare status, or other eligibility information. We use sensitive information to process and route the request, prevent fraud, comply with law, and perform other purposes disclosed when it is collected.

We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you for unrelated purposes unless we provide notice and obtain consent where required by law.

Where allowed, you may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We may require proof that the agent is authorized to act for you and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
